How to fix a Windows 7 computer that cannot boot ???

Many times this is caused by a bad hard-drive, if you did not get a virus or had other issues before this.

How did you try doing the repair? With a disk?

You can get another hard-drive, replace yours and setup Windows clean on that drive. Then using an external USB drive connection or just setting up your drive as a secondary in the computer (if it's a desktop or a laptop with two drive bays) you can copy your files over to the new setup.

Then you will have a broken computer if you can't do things to fix it. If the repair does not work, you need to try a clean Windows setup, either on your existing drive and risk over-writing your files if you make a mistake in the setup options or a different hard drive.

You have to switch out parts sometimes to figurer out whats broken or not broken. That's a part of building pc's
