How do i know what graphics card i can use with this motherboard

It has a 180W power supply, and that should be upgraded before anything else. But i'm not sure if full-sized ATX PSU's can fit in that case.
The motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot, and as long as the PSU supports it, and the case fits it, any GPU will work.

So could i use a gtx 950 and upgrade my power supply

Ugh crud. I chose that PSU since 300W is the maximum you can get in uATX PSus as far as I know.

The Nvidia specs for the GTX 750Ti lists 60W as the requirement and a 300W PSU.

However Gigabyte lists a 400W PSU as the minimum requirement.

If this was me, I'd still probably go for it, since you are adding 120W to the PSU and the card uses 60W.
