I have the same chip! I used an arctic 7 freezer pro, which I found with it. even with 1.7 volts coursing though it it never got above 62C. That cooler is certainly better, so it should keep it cool enough, just remember, you do not want the temps to go much above 65C.

The TX3 will have a noisy 92mm fan.
It will probably do the job.
A much better cooler with a 120mm fan would be the Cryorig H7 which does cost a bit more.
But, it will be quieter and more effective. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565

not really fussed over noise, as long as it maintains solid temps...?
im on a budget so a pricier cooler isnt possible at the minute. can always upgrade later but i need something for right now.
was looking at the hyper 103 aswell, but from what little research ive done it seems the tx3 is better?
