ASRock X99 Extreme4 not posting

I have a red BIOS LED and the entire system turns on but wont post to BIOS. I ensured the ram was down properly, everything was plugged in correctly, reseated the cpu and cooler. I changed the ram around to the preferred slots from what it (A1-B1 AND C1-D1) now when I turn it on it turns on mid boot and turns back on.

try each stick separately in different slots.

Turns out it was a bad stick of ram. I even checked them last night, but I must have grabbed a good one and put the bad stick back in.
