Find the flat round battery on your motherboard, and pop it out for about 5 min and put it back in
usually on the motherboard theres a small coin battery. I usually just unplug the computer and remove the battery for 1 minute and put it back in then reboot.

I did that before, nothing I can make a picture of my cmos inside the motherboard and give you the hp instructions... and you can try to guide me. I mean I have cmos jumper on my motherboard and I also have the battery

Try using the jumper, im not sure how it will work if removing the cmos dosent do anything but its worth a shot
I removed the battery for 5 minutes then I plug it back then I plugged back the power and turn it on... still the same
I'm not sure how downclocking the ram could cause the problem your having. The utility you used is most likely not for oem boards but to cause this much of a problem seems something else is wrong. leave the cmos battery out plug the pc in and power on without cmos battery installed. Remove all but on stick of ram when unplugged from power.

I did it, I removed all the rams and the pc started to beep, without battery and only one ram slot still nothing
Move the sticks of ram into different slots, try booting with just 1 ram in the first slot and then if it dosent work try all the slots at different times
Well it's not in my house anymore , I give it to people that understand. From what they said it looks like the motherboard or the ram sticks are fried... today they will let me know what got fried and how much will cost the repair

When intel xtrme tuning asked me to reboot, I said yes the pc turned off and the sound it did it was like forced shutdown then it restarted without any monitor signal... this stuff is so weird
