http://prntscr.com/a12o2j - check it out . Temps are maximum 73% . VRM module 1 is about 80 degrees and module 2 is about 75 degrees . Another question should I lower the power limit ?Also if I increase the the memory clock to 1600mhz am I going to get a big difference in performance?

Solution
If you mean '73C max load' for the GPU temp, that's fine, as are the VRM temperatures (under load), these overlooked parts often end up running well over 100C on overclocked cards.
Pushing the memory can help a little but be aware that it's sometimes counterproductive as this results in errors that cause slowdowns (the onboard error correcting system can get overloaded if it has a lot of errors to correct, resulting in a lowering of the framerate).
