Im having issues after upgrading my video card and psu. It keeps restarting my pc when i streaming,games or sometimes browsing

Error kmode exception not handled
It keep restarting after installing graphics card

I upgraded my video card with gtx 580 and a 600w psu.
I had the xps 8500 Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x675D)
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release.160104-1513)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

I can still go in log in page,can still play games, streaming etc but maybe after a while it will restart on its own and its says in blue screen error: kmode exception not handle (ntsy). Not too sure the exact error but thats about it

I believe it has all the latest drivers for nvdia.i was usiing the nvidia experience thingy and it will update all the drivers for me. I uninstalled all amd, well atleast i didnt see any amd that i need to uninstall anymore.or did i miss anything? Maybe my hardware is corrupted? It was working fine until i installed the new gtx.
