I've never had a Custom PC and don't know much about the area, so i have some questions.

The Build: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/pBjYnQ
Total: $914.00 Au

1) Is everything on the PC compatible?
2) Will it run new games at a decent frame rate, even if its the lowest settings? (Bo3) (30fps)
3) Is there anything i can swap out to make it run better, and keep it at the same price?
4) If there's any other info i would need, can you please tell me?
5) UNRELATED - Is this a mistake? http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd5000hhtz
Notes:
I don't intend to overclock it
I have a TV that i will use as a monitor
I wont be playing online games (maybe terraria one a month)

Solution
You could probably pick up a few FPS with an Intel i3. It's a dual core with hyperthreading and will outperform the 6 core AMD in nearly everything.
