HWM Wrong CPU?

I bought an Intel Core i3 4170 brand new from Newegg a little over a month ago and when I use Hardware Monitor is recognizes the CPU as a 4360. I know the two are very similar but I have to send in a screenshot of the software in for a contest and do not want it to look like I'm lying about what CPU I have. Anyone know why this could be happening or what I could do to fix it?

Is your bios reporting the same numbers? Also try a different hardware monitor in case HWM is just twitching out on you. CPUz is a good go to for info on your system, and CoreTemp is a good one for temp monitoring.

Yeah then load up something like CPUz or Speccy like USAFRet suggested.

but then underneath it says
