Hi there,
I was wondering if you guys can help me out here. I am having trouble connecting to the internet by WIFI it won't connect to the internet. I have tried just about everything that I could think of.and it still doesn't work..I tried resetting and turning the modem /router on and off.I installed the firmware.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not sure about your question.

First the router must have connection to your ISP either via a cable (or DSL) modem or directly if a modem router.

The TP-Link TL-WA801ND is an access point. You must set it up to join an existing wireless network.

Do you have the User Guide? If not, here is a link (version 3).

You will need to get the necessary information to join the desired wireless network. You must work with whoever administers the router and wireless network.
