Spot on. Good build, however personally for 1080p I would drop down to a gtx 970, provides almost equal performance but with less heat and power usage, and you can drop to a 550W psu with it. And with the money I would invest into an i5-4590 (it won't increase gaming performance, the CPU that is, but it costs $10-15 more and gives a HUGE base clock and turbo clock speed boost!).

I agree with the above comment, but just don't lower your psu it's just not worth saving a couple of bucks. You want at least a 650w to give you more options in the future w/o needed to replace it again. A good psu will last for multiple upgrades so you may as well give yourself some headroom with it.

Not sure if that processor is going to be enough on these new AAA titles if you want to use the ultra preset @ 1080p 60fps. Now as long as your not one of those people who swear they can tell the difference between ultra and high shadows even though they know they are full of shit then yeah your fine. I think with that cpu even though it's great you might have to turn a couple of pointless settings down 1 or 2 settings and use a custom setting.

Visually speaking nobody could honestly tell the difference between ultra preset and what i'm talking about so as long as your cool with that then your def fine.
