Re-installed Windows 8.1 64 bit and updated the bios. Tried Win10 64 bit and still the same issue.

It wont let me revert back to an older BIOS version and theres no setting in the BIOS that lets me allocate memory to the iGPU
It has an R7 M256 gpu. I made sure its not being limited by the max amount of memory in msconfig and it isnt
