It depends on what you are running in each of your tabs you have open i guess. In the battle.net app I assume you are either using it to load wow or download/install latest updates.

Have you tried shutting or closing 1 tab or app at a time and seeing where the main usage is coming from?

Closing everything but task manager drops it down to 72%. Still extremely high.

If you are unhappy with its usage I would recommend running a memtest to make sure that there is no problem with your RAM modules. You can download the software here and it also includes a guide on running the test.

I would advise running this overnight as it can take a while but does a full check and lets you know if there is any problems. i have personally had to use this myself and RMA my old ram modules.

Before running the test if you are running dual channel sticks trying take 1 out and checking ram usage and swapping them around. This could be a quick check to see if 1 of the modules is pulling the channel down.
