Returning PC back to the store. How to permanently wipe hard drive?

So I decided to return the Lenovo m91p back to the store. It came with Windows 7 Pro and I have since upgraded it to Windows 10. What is the best way to permanently wipe all of my history and to restore back to Windows 7?

I know how to do it on Windows 8 but not 7, sorry

2 options:

1. Wipe the drive completely with DBAN. Let the store figure it out.

2. Invoke the hopefully still existing Factory Reset function. This brings it back to how it came from the store.

You could always boot Gparted http://gparted.org/ on a live USB and use it's easy GUI to delete the partition on the HDD.
