I have about $580 total to spend on a gaming pc. Maybe with a r9 380 or equivelant.

I have replaced computer parts many times but never have built one from scratch. Some help with building it would be nice too

I don't need a monitor or OS

Thanks for the replies. How hard is it to build something like this? Would it come with everything I need? Is it basically plug and play? A little advice building it would be awesome.

It's very easy, everything just plugs in like swapping a video card. The motherboard should come with the necessary cables and the cooler will have paste pre-applied. Read the motherboard manual and take your time. There are plenty of guides and YouTube videos to illustrate the different steps. You'll need an operating system and will have to install the device drivers from the motherboard disk or download from their website once you have Windows running.
