It's an odd issue, and I felt like I was being hacked, but I have done scans with Malwarebytes and Zemana, to no avail. My mouse will sometimes click rapidly, causing me to highlight text and go over what I have typed. If I hover the cursor over All Programs under the start menu (windows 7) the menu will rapidly open and close, faster than any human being could possibly click the mouse. I have even posted a comment on facebook too early because the Enter key may have been activated, and pressing the left arrow to correct a mistake doesn't work. It makes the typing cursor disappear, but I can use theright arrow just fine. Also sometimes my Chrome window will close by itself. Really screwy stuff.
