I've taken it to memory express several times now and they claim to have fixed the problem each time, yet here I am. Please help me resolve this as I really have no idea where else to go for help with this. Thank you in advance for any replies or suggestions.

Solution
i think he needs to reinstall windows

but remember kids it is not always the scariest thing to do
just make a partition on hard drive or grab a free hard drive and back things up to it
