I don't see a conventional 4 pin CPU FAN header on that board. Is that narrow black header in the upper right corner near the DIMM slots the CPU FAN header? If so, it is a proprietary design and won't match the retail coolers' connector. But I suppose you could always cut off the old cooler's connector and splice it to the 212 EVO's.
But the hole pattern for the cooler appears to be standard Intel layout. So you should be good there.
As to sufficient room... I don't know the dimensions of that case, but the 212 EVO needs 6.3"from the CPU's heat spreader for height. You may have to remove the old cooler and measure.
What CPU do you have?
EDIT: I supplied the wrong picture in OP, have fixed it now.
There are 2 fan headers, one for the CPU I use, the other for the case fan. They are both 5 pin slots. One is next to the RAM (top right corner of RAM). And the other is on the top right side of the motherboard.
The thing is that the motherboard has a 5 pin slot, and most coolers are 4 pin connectors, so I wasn't even sure if an aftermarket cooler would connect to the motherboard properly.
I have an i5 2400.
Only reason I was going to get the fan is because the temperature would get in the upper 60's while gaming, and so I wanted to reduce that. Well I cleaned out dust from the heat sink, and now the temperature reaches a max of 55 degrees while gaming, so I won't be needing an aftermarket cooler. Thanks for your help!
However, if you know that the 4 pin connectors work on the 5 pin slot, please let me know, as I may look for a cooler later, such as the CRYORIG H7 suggested by ExtremelyGeeky
