So this is going to be my first gaming computer im buildings and with this website's help and the budget i have this is what it has come down to, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7P4tjX

does this seem to be good ? i still get 50$ of budget left if i was to buy all these parts

the build looks good. a few comments, but nothing too major.

1) lose the ssd. they are a nice to have, but you can afford an i5. you can buy an ssd later when you have the money. you want to budget the bigger parts now.
2) 620w is more than you need. the s12II 520 is a better choice on this budget.
3) do not buy ram sticks separately. they may not work and it is more expensive. they are sold in kits for a reason. you also don't need 16gb of ram. 8gb is more than enough.

Agreed, and i5 and an 970 would destory an i3 and 960, awesome build N3rdR4ge :)
