looking for a new ram for my laptop

Hi, my name is Asish kumar.
I have an i3 processor lenovo g560 laptop with 4gb ram. I tried to run call of duty ghosts in my laptop but it says ram is less than minimum requirements. So I want to buy a new 4gb ram for my laptop but don't know which one will be best for it.
Please help.

It uses DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600 (PC3-12800) RAM. You'll have to look inside and see whether you have 1 x 4GB stick and one empty memory slot or 2 x 2 GB sticks of RAM.

Like I keep one of my 2gb old ram and in place of the other ram I insert the new ram. Then will it work as 6gb ram.
