I'm having an issue with my laptop. It all started when I used DupeGuru in order to make some room off my laptop since I was running out of gigs in my gaming laptop. After DupeGuru found the duplicates files within the computer, I deleted the dupes. After doing so, I then restarted my computer and now I'm stuck in the the infinite loop within the my computer

I Believe that I must have possibly deleted some vile intel within the computer because I have no recovery points to restore my laptop neither can it boot up into safe mode. It just SENDS me STRAIGHT to the repairing boot.

I tried putting my CD for a clean reinstall of windows but it STILL boots be into the Repair Start up.

The thing cant fix the problem...I'm at a lot now. Please help?

Update:

I found out with a Youtube Vid that the reason for the space storage being so low is because of the "Free Space" virtual memory that was so little in my system Reserve Drive. I thought it was talking about my PRimary drive but I guess it was the other drive E: rather than my Primary D: drive.

So I Deleted the System Reserve partition when allowed me to go on with the installation.

Its going well so far, sucks that I had to Nuke everything in my drive. Good thing I had Kept back up CD's for this type of situation. But my Games Im going to have to download. lol

At anyrate, Thanks for the Replies, again much appreciated. I'll let you guys know if there is a problem. Hoping for the best.

Cheers.

If you know that is where the issue is, you can copy it from another system with the same Windows version using a Linux Live disk.

If you put in a disk to re-install Windows, you may need to actually select that disk to boot from or it will just go to the hard drive to boot from.

If you are looking for duplicate files, do NOT scan any Windows or Program Files directories, only look in your own files, My Documents, Downloads, etc...

Well I tried to fresshly install my Windows CD, but the crap wont read it. This is frustrating, specially when it has no problem reading other known CD's.

How do I properly copy Windows 7 CD onto another CD or Flash drive?

Its literally My only option I see. I cant access anything except BIOS and Boot Menus. Whats worse is that I cant do a Factory restore because the previous owner of the laptop did some crap with it.

What I mean is that, when I insert the CD into the laptop, shut it down to restart again, It reads the CD. But after Reading it, it will tell me "Hit any key to start from DVD CD Boot" Then once doing that, it says "Loading" windows files, but then......Thats it.

All I'm looking at is black screen. And hearing the CD rom Constantly spining then stopping, then spins again and stops. I', "Thinking" that its "Trying" to read the CD but it fails?

Then after Failure it sends me to the "Windows Boot Manager" black and white screen..

Goes on to say that "Windows failed to start. A Recent Hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem.

1.insert windows installation disc and restart your computer.

and blah blah blah.

PRetty much the things I've been doing. Its a Loop I cant get out of...

Well since I bought this alienware some years ago, It came with the resource DVD. and the "Microsoft Windows 7 Home premium 64bit DVD.

I believe its a "Recovery" DVD. at the bottom it says "The Software on this recovery DVD-ROM was preinstalled on your hard drive at the facctory and may only be used for backup and recovery of your alienware computer system"

OK, that's a good disk to use, and should restore the system to like new. If the disk is still good that is, it may have gotten scratched or just gone bad. See if you can make an ISO from that disk and then use the Microsoft USB utility to make a bootable USB flash drive from it.

Alrighty, Just came back from WalMart. And got hold of a new Flash drive. 16gb I think will do.

Along with some Blank CD's, I plan on backing up some files on this computer and putting them on my other thats currently not working.

Thank you for the Speedy Responses back, I VERY much appreciate that effort.

Do you think you can walk me through the ISO making and Utility things?

Alright. Success, I created the Bootable ISO unto my USB.
Only problem is that When I go through the directions, picking my language, then it shows me a screen of my two drives. E: and D:.

D: Ws my primary drive, I nuked it clean by formatting it. However when I click to install windows on that drive it says it doesn't have enough space, even though it has 297GB free out of 297 GB.

Whats going on?
