Wanting to make sure my motherboard and psu and case all work well together. My old set up for instance has a usb with no power because the mobo didn't have enough connectors. Sorry for not knowing much of what I'm doing. But thanks for the help and insight. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K8nTsY

I completely forgot I had that mouse and keyboard on there. And any recommendation as far as psu?

Yes just gaming. My previous build just cant keep up with demand and I figured if things got too hard on my gpu I could just grab another strix to split the load.

Thanks a lot I appreciate it. I've heard that the 390 is just as good if not better...so why the hell do they charge more for the 970? makes no sense to me.
