Gigabyte motherboard rebooting out of nowhere

Heya! I have a GA-B75M-D3H from Gigabyte and my PC is randomly restarting with it. It generally reboots after its fully booted up and I'm using Windows, but sometimes it gets stuck rebooting at bios.
I've tested all my other parts, including a different PSU and it kept rebooting. Replacing it isn't an option since 1155 motherboards aren't being fabricated anymore, and where I live (Brazil) is nearly impossible to find one plus I don't plan in replacing my CPU to a new socket anytime soon. I was just wondering if there is anything I could do to try and fix it.

(I'm using a 3570k + 2x 4GB ram chips + 1tb hard drive)

raising the voltage didn't work D:
I cleaned it up and after that I booted up, I touched the chipset and it felt super hot so I put a cooler there. It seems to be holding on a while longer. Could it be the chipset overheating the cause? I've tried a few programs but I don't think they recognize the temperature from the chipset.

Are these voltages alright?
I've been having problems, sometimes the mobo won't even boot up, it keeps restarting every 2 seconds =.=.

Ok i'll look for it, I will even switch my termal paste cause my CPU was at 60C and i had just turn on my PC, lets see if that could be the problem as well.
