PC Specs -
APU : AMD Sempron 2650 APU with Radeon R3 1.45GHz
GPU : GTX 750 TI SC 2GB
MB : MSI AM1I AM1 2 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Mini ITX AMD Motherboard
PCU : EVGA 100-N1-0400-L1 400W continuous power supply
HDD : 500GB
What's Wrong -
Okay so I got the gpu about a month ago and put it in an 11 year old hp and got about 60 fps on minecraft okay that's fine. But what's weird is I got a new motherboard, powersupply, cpu etc.
So I didn't have a cd player so I installed the drivers once I got windows installed. When it first got into windows it felt kinda slow. so got into minecraft started a world and BAM 1-10 fps lowered the setting 1-30 fps AT MAX.
Windows Errors I Get -
HAL INITIALIZATION FAILED
Ps : don't know if this has anything to do with my problem.
Pss : PLEASE HELP
Psss : I know the apu is crap
