Please help! I have been searching all over the net and I cant find any solution that will work for me.

Here's my pc specs:

AMD Kaveri A8-7600 3.10-3.80GHz 4-Core Processor
MSI A78M-E45 Motherboard FM2+
Gskill RipjawsX 8GB 2x4GB Dual DDR3 2133 CL9 (F3-2133C9D-8GXL)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX
Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze

Note: I'm only using integrated gpu.

The game (Assassin's Creed) was running but later it will crash. I used the recommended setting which is medium.
I also try this settings (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taXgfQxJ4k0)

I have no issue with other games like NBA2k15, Sniper Elite 3, Battle Field Hardline, etc..
My CPU temp is 30°C - 40°C.
