I have a PSU its RAIDMAX COBRA POWER 700 W RX-700AC-B Certified 80 bronze.. do I need something bigger for this build?

1) bx100=old & overpriced / bx200=new, better & less money
2) i7-4690k is overkill for a gaming rig. do yourself a favor, forget about overclocking. get an i5-4460, an h97 board and buy a gtx 980 with the money you save. you'll have a much better gaming system.
3) get a better psu. tier 1 or tier 2 from here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

if you'd like me to make you a build, tell me your budget and ill post one.

Everything else is powerful and high quality except your PSU. I wouldn't trust a PSU like that powering all those expensive components. If it goes down it will take everything with it as well. I recommend the EVGA Supernova G2 series. Built with high quality components and have 10 years warranty. A 650w one will handle everything easily, I myself use the 750w G2 just for more expandability in the future. If you're going to SLI in the future you might as well grab a higher wattage one so you won't have to sell your current PSU or a lower wattage PSU you'll pick to buy a higher wattage one.

I have everything but the graphics card ... so dropping down to a i5 would be pointless..
