2. Is Zebronic 450w psu will be able to run the graphic card nicely

3. Can i play GTA 5 and WWE 2k15 with low to medium settings with this graphic card?

4. can i play games like mafia 2, assassins creed series till black flag, Fifa 14, Pes 2016, Sleeping dogs, Farcry 3 and GTA 4 in medium to high settings?

Solution
Question 1. Your GPU is PCIe 2.0 x8. Your motherboard is pcie x16 as you mentioned.

Answer 1: The card will work in that motherboard :) PCIe is backwards compatible.

Question 3.1: Will it run GTA V?
Answer: yes, but not very well. 25-30 fps.

Question 3.2...
1) It does
2) You're going to have problems with that garbage PSU, though as long as you're under 75W it's probably fine
3) At what resolution? GTA V might be able to get 30fps at lowest settings at something like 1024x768, but with that CPU it's very iffy
4) I hope that was a joke, all of those are going to be lowest settings at maybe 720p and almost 30fps

You need a new system if you want to play modern games, a 8 year old CPU that was already slow when it came out and a three year old GPU that is slower than modern integrated graphics just isn't going to cut it at all.
