Wait so do you already have a pc or are you looking to build one/ maybe buy a prebuilt one.

If you already have a desktop pc please list the specs.

If you haven't got a desktop pc yet I would say get the Intel Quad Core i7 4790 socket 1150 CPU as you will need an i7 if you will be recording videos while gaming and then decompressing them so you can get them on Youtube quicker otherwise it takes hours.

Also when recording a game performs a lot better if you have the OS and the game on one storage device and have the recorded video created on a second drive otherwise if you only use one drive it can't write the video file and read game files at the same time. The processes are just going to just keep getting in the way of each other otherwise causing low fps and lag/stutter.

For the GPU it depends on what settings you want to game at if its max you want you will need at least the GTX 970.

If recording and gaming you will need 8GB-16GB of RAM but it depends how big the video files are going when you record or decompress a video

PSU wise get a gold 500-600w one.
