PC getting too hot

my pc is getting too hot, I have a hyper 212 with 2 fans positioned like this <[]< and no overclock, but it still gets so hot that it heats my whole room, and I have to game with AC on even during winter. my old gtx 260 used to overheat so much it would freeze all the time and I had to buy a new one.

if I leave the case's sideplate off, it will cool better, but my room will get even hotter. my case is a cheap one, but I do have 2 additional fans to blow air in, and one to blow air out, so it shouldn't be hot like that, I think.

should I get a better case and go water cooling? forgot to mention I want not just make it cooler, but also to overclock, lol.

my current setup:

CPU intel i7 930
GPU zotac GTX 660
MOBO asus p6t
RAM g.skill 18gb ram ddr3 (3x2gb + 3x4gb)
PSU corsair tx650w
HDD 2x wd green caviar 1tb

thanks

Solution
You could position a fan going outside your room so that the heat is ventilated outside your room, and will probably make for a lower heating bill in the winter.

First thing is first, and that is you need to identify where the bulk of the heat is coming from. Has it always been this hot since you built it or is this a recent thing? Have you had any power outages or anything recently?

Where does the heat go that comes out of your PC?
Right, into your room.
So unless you have a way to either reduce or redirect the heat output of your PC (for example by not gaming, having a fan that transports the heat somewhere else, like in another room, or using AC) there is nothing you can do.

first off.. how hot exactly is ur hardware at?
second how small is ur room? cuz thats strange to have a pc venting so much heat its heating ur room

oh u just.. u left the side panel open lol
well doesnt that just do the opposite of cooling? no airflow.. just gonna have hot and cool spots

i point fingers at ur tower and fans . wonder if u have ur fans blowing the right way too

Try getting a better CPU heat sink or possibly add a fan monitor. If that still doesn't help try adding an extra fan if possible or getting a RAM cooler. Yes, I know RAM does not get hot but it cools the PC down too. By the way you can install more fans into the PCI or bays if needed.
