so i was playing viscera cleanup detail and it was kinda laggy i had to turn down some settings, but i noticed i was using 96% of my cpu at that point. i have a amd a8-5500 and a gtx 750 ti wich are both low end but i still find it weird why i get these huge fps drops at some places.

Ok well some games are very cpu intensive. Bf4 uses like 90 of my old amd Athlon x4 631

I would try to clean up running programs in the background. For example, scvhost can idle around 25% of your cup but you can disable it. If you have nothing in the background (taskmanager-> performance without anything running) and it is low then try to repair/reinstall the game. OR check online for GPU drivers. None of that works try small oc

Also that is not normal, you're pretty much making your cpu sprint constantly and never letting it walk. Let it have the full spectrum. It will go up when it needs to.
