I suppose it depends on the games you are trying to play. The Intel HD 4400 is pretty weak compared to dedicate GPUs. But Intel has come a long way with their integrated graphics since 2010. I am going to assume your laptop has 8GB of RAM.

Games that are not too demanding can run decently with an Intel HD 4400. LoL is very low system requirements so even with high graphic settings you will get more than 35 FPS most of the time when playing at 1080p resolution. CSGO has higher requirements than LoL, but still considered low compared to modern games so it is playable on an Intel HD 4400.
