Can i upgrade to this due to my psu?

Presumably that PSU has a 6 pin PCI-E connector for power? Your current card needs one but it doesnt look like it has one plugged in?

If it does, then yeah it should be just fine.

^^ I agree with RobCrezz. Also, I suggest buying that model from NewEgg instead of a 3rd party on Amazon. NewEgg's price is $35 cheaper, after you factor in the $10 rebate card. In addition, with NewEgg you have a good chance of not being charged tax.
