After installing a new gpu, my computer became very laggy. Everything crashes I decided to reformat but still the problem persist. My graphics card is PALIT GT730. 8 gigs of ram. Core i5-3330 processor @ 3.0 GHz(4 cpus). My motherboard is DH61WW_ . I got the drivers installed correctly because of the cd. Also tried Slimdrivers.

Don't do slimdrivers, that's just a fraud. Best go to Nvidia.com and find your driver. It might also be a power issue. What brand is your PSU?

E i really don't know about my psu. But I am buying a brand new 500 watt or 700-watt psu to try if it will change anything.

I would agree with SwitchDude How old is your motherboard? I don't play games on that pc. I removed the CPU and heat sink ,cleaned both, then reapplied fresh thermal paste to the CPU, and reassembled the CPU and heat sink. I also have a bigger power unit on hand in case the problem reoccurs. either one of these two, CPU, or power supply can cause what you are experiencing.
