Always install updates when i shut down my computer

When i shut down my computer, it trying to install 70 updates everytime. I don't want these updates. it will selected automaticlly although i unselect all updates in control panel.
I saw the updates log, all updates failed to install everytime.

so any help to remove these updates ?

First, why don't you want those updates? If it does it when you shut the computer off, they are already on the system and just need Windows off to install. In the Windows Update screen you can select to never show the update again once you un-select it from the installation list.

i don't want these updates becatse it is always failed to install. don't no why it is failed always.
