I bought a GTX 750 and installed on my Dell Precision 490, but there was no image only 2 beeps.
I already changed my BIOS to PCI instead PEG.

If that is the problem (and I stress if), this GTX 750 Ti has a BIOS switch to change between legacy and UEFI BIOS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127783&cm_re=msi_750-_-14-127-783-_-Product

But if this is for gaming, the GTX 750 Ti is at best a medium range 1080p card. 4K requires the GPU to render 4 times as many pixels and texels per frame. It is not a 4K gaming card.

You'll probably have to by a card that has a legacy BIOS or one that switches automatically.
Btw, PEG is the correct BIOS setting. It stands for PCI Express Graphics. PCI is the older legacy interface. Either way, the BIOS should switch automatically. That setting should just be for which interface it looks for first.

Did you remove the video drivers from the previous GPU (including on board). Then install the new card, boot into safe mode with networking and load the new drivers. Some GTX750Ti are EUFI (MSI) others are AHCI (PNY). I don't know about other brands but they must match your motherboard BIOS.
