390x normal VRM temps

Solution
temps are going to heavily depend on your setup and environment. Usually 90C or a little more is fine but that is when you want to take measures to improve the temps.

Manual fan control might help
Add fans to the case
Cable management to get better flow.

There are a lot of things you can do.

What you want to do is make sure the temperatures are accurate. My motherboard gives temp monitor programs a false reading of 150*C all the time for one of its sensors. It is obviously wrong.
