New build turns on but screen is black

sup, so here we go

CPU: i7 4790k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus hero vii
Memory: HyperX fury 16 gb, 1866
GPU: Asus GTX 970 OC
PSU: Corsair RM 850
Case: NZXT Phantom 240
Cooling: Corsair H110i GTX

Fans turn on, mobo is lightning, but nothing happens. Bios is 2012. I want to notice that i used memory, psu, gpu with another mobo & cpu before and it was working. I hope u will help me boys, thanks.
edit: i also have a postcode on my mobo "FE"
edit: cpu_led is lightning red for 1 second, when i turn on a pc.

Are you plenty sure the RAM is seated correctly in the DIMM slots? Do you hear a 'click' when you installed it?

Do you have a motherboard speaker to hear beep codes? If so, telling us what you hear when you boot (the amount and duration of beeps) would be very helpful.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you follow through the basic troubleshooting steps first, which are outlined in the video below.

the newest bios is MAXIMUS VII HERO BIOS 3003
Improve system stability.
you have a very old mb. turn the mb off and download the newest bios file and the bios renamer.
rename the bios and copy it to root of the usb stick.
put the usb stick in the usb flashback port and press the usb flashback button.
it should blink for a few min then turn off.

rename the cap file to M7H.CAP. that the file the usb flashback is looking for.

make sure the cpu is seated...the cooler not over tight asnd crushing the cpu also did you check for bent pins before you installed the cpu??

I put out CMOS button, then put it back. And now i have F3 postcode on my mobo.

also unplug hard drive some mb from asus use asmedia and intel sata ports if your boot drive is on the wrong port it wont post.

Sorry for try to ask this, buy do you connected the EPS 12v 8pin cable to the motherboard?

I would disarm the entire system and build it again , there is something that you forget maybe.

I agree with lucas_7_94, take apart the whole system and slowly put it together again. This includes the CPU and cooler, check for broken pins while you're at it, RAM, GFX, etc.

Ye, guys i will build it again, cos only cpu & mobo are working. RAM & GPU & PSU & Cooling are working too, but with other CPU & mobo.

I rebuild it, but the problem was the same. I decided to update bios to last version ( What i did before, but i guess i did something wrong). And finally it works.
