New build turns on but screen is black

sup, so here we go

CPU: i7 4790k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus hero vii
Memory: HyperX fury 16 gb, 1866
GPU: Asus GTX 970 OC
PSU: Corsair RM 850
Case: NZXT Phantom 240
Cooling: Corsair H110i GTX

Fans turn on, mobo is lightning, but nothing happens. Bios is 2012. I want to notice that i used memory, psu, gpu with another mobo & cpu before and it was working. I hope u will help me boys, thanks.
edit: i also have a postcode on my mobo "FE"
edit: cpu_led is lightning red for 1 second, when i turn on a pc.
 
Solution
the newest bios is MAXIMUS VII HERO BIOS 3003
Improve system stability.
you have a very old mb. turn the mb off and download the newest bios file and the bios renamer.
rename the bios and copy it to root of the usb stick.
put the usb stick in the usb flashback port and press the usb flashback button.
it should blink for a few min then turn off.

Do you have a motherboard speaker to hear beep codes? If so, telling us what you hear when you boot (the amount and duration of beeps) would be very helpful.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you follow through the basic troubleshooting steps first, which are outlined in the video below.

I am pretty sure, it is in A2 and B2 slots, i put in & out it 2 times and clean it with eraser.

i dont have a speaker, but i have led display with postcodes on my mobo, Is it the same? And thanks for the video, i will try it soon.

I considered cpu & cpu's nest closer and saw no damage

I just unplaug my all sata cables SSD & HDD, nothing happens.

I rebuild it, but the problem was the same. I decided to update bios to last version ( What i did before, but i guess i did something wrong). And finally it works.
