Hello! I think I'm having bottleneck issues

My cpu is a fx 8300@4ghz
The gpu is a Gtx 780ti
And in games like Bf4 Rainbow 6 I go from around 120+fps to about 40fps
Should I oc my cpu?
Edit: forgot to add that my cpu usage skyrockets and the gpu usage goes down a lot when I experience these fps drops

Update your drivers for your card if any... Overclock your cpu if you have a aftermarket heatsink you should be able to push it maybe 500 MHz or beyond that easy and if your running ultra or extra high settings lower settings a tad and see how the game plays then. Hope this helps.

Have you set your settings to High performance? Check your usage in game on the CPU it shouldnt be that much of a bottleneck like maybe 15fps MAX. be sure to have the latest drivers, and also how muxh RAM do you have if it is getting too full i can also cause MASSIVE performance drops. Check your temps in game on the CPU as it may be throttling
