Lenovo think pad camera

I recently purchased a Lenovo Think pad t530 and I cannot get the camera to work. I'm not sure what drivers are needed or what I need to do to fix my problem. I apologize, I'm slightly ignorant in the computer worl . Please help

Look in Control Panel > Device Manager and see if the webcam is listed there with no errors. It should be under Imaging devices. If it's there and does not have any errors, then any program that uses the webcam should see it fine. What exactly happens when you start a program that used the webcam?
