Here is the scenario. Our software uses redemption.dll and msmapi32.ocx to "talk" to Outlook. I have noticed with Office Outlook 365 or Office Outlook 2016, our software will not communicate with Outlook. Once I remote into their system, run cmd as admin, unregister and re-register the ocx files, it will work. However, it will only work for a limited time. After a few hours, the ocx will become unregistered (I think) and they will be unable to email. Has anyone heard of anything like this? Your input is much appreciated!
