Windows 10 Capabilities

I'm just thinking of upgrading the machine to windows 10 since it keeps on showing up that I need to upgrade but I'm not sure if my machine can handle Windows 10? Please help me on this
I have Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU, GTS 250 GPU and 4GB DDR3 RAM

I have just install it on a old dual core (1.8 ghz) laptop with 4 gb ram and Nvidia gt 8600 i think you specs are better. I use to run win 7 on it, win 10 feels much faster.

those are above the minimum specs according to microsoft

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC
RAM:
1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit

16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS

I have Windows 7 on it, the icon of windows 10 is on the lower right corner near the date and time
Should I upgrade my OS? I only play Dota 2 on it and browse the web, I'm just wondering since it might give me an issue, especially on drivers and compatibility
