The 212 Evo is a pretty good cooler.

You realize the CPU turbos to 4.4GHz stock, right? You'd need to OC above that for it to be worth it.

Whether the 212 Evo is up to the task....I'd say it should accommodate an OC to 4.5GHz or 4.6GHz - but you won't get optimal temperatures with it. Anything beyond that and you'll need to upgrade your cooling.

Of course, whether you can even OC your chip much is totally down to the silicone lottery though.

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.
