Opinions On The ASRock H97 Anniversary?

I am thinking of getting the ASRock H97 Anniversary LGA1150 motherboard. It is only about $62 at newegg.com right now. I do not plan to do any over clocking or sli/crossfire with graphics cards. People were saying to get the ASRock H97 Pro4 instead, but it is about $20 more, and I can't tell the differences. I don't want to spend extra money for features that I won't use. Is the anniversary edition good with an Intel Core i5-4460 and a GTX 970, or is it worth spending the extra money on the Pro4?

Ok, so I think for now, I will go with the Anniversary then, but when I am about to buy the parts for the build, I will definitely think about getting the Pro4 if I feel it is worth it.

I will most likely go with the anniversary edition then. But I did hear something like the Pro4 has better heatsinks or something like that. What does that mean?
