CPU is hitting 99*c under load with liquid CPU cooler

I don't know how to rearranged my build. Here is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mLqBkL
Any idea why I am hitting 99*c while streaming and only streaming? I am going to take the cooler off of the CPU, clean it and add more paste to it. Hopefully this will fix it.

Is your water block connected tightly to your CPU?

Also is your radiator/fan config set up as intake or exhaust?

Adding more thermal grease might make things worse not better. With thermal grease you want a fine film you can see thru not a big blob like on a tooth brush. More is not better and be sure you clean off the old thermal grease before you apply any more.

Check what dorp says I think that could also be a issue. The water block may not be making good contact or the radiator may not be positioned correctly.

When you apply thermal paste, it should be the size of a grain of rice. Any more than that is too much and you will see high temps. Also, are you overclocking?

As riccardi said don't add to much thermal paste, if you add to much it will actually act like a insulator between your block and cpu
