I'm hearing a really light flicking/sparking sound out of my PC

I just moved my components (GTX 770, i7 4770k, Asrock H81-M, 750W PSU, Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 16GB, Seagate Barracuda 1TB) into a new case (Corsair 380t) and all is well except for a slight noise out of the back part of the computer, somewhere near the rear I/O. It's too quiet for me to pinpoint the exact location, or to determine whether it's a flicking or sparking sound, but it's kind of concerning. Anyone know what could be causing this?

PS I've had to use the stock intel cooler because my new AIO arrived leaking coolant everywhere, does this cooler make noises like what I've described?

Well there are only so many moving parts, unless you VGA card heat pipes are starting to whine. It could be a bearing in a fan getting dirty. Maybe take your system out and blow all the dust out of the fans. Hold the fans as you work thru them or the blades could break.

Thats quite a low quality PSU, try remove it from you case, and power up the computer with it as far away as possible. See if the sound coming from there.
Also remove all fans from there headers and so if the sound persists.
Are you using the AIO when you can hear this sound?

Thanks for the response,
I'll try what you suggested with the PSU, and I've checked the fans quite thoroughly so I doubt that'll be the issue. I'm only using the stock intel cooler here because the AIO was veeeeery broken upon arrival and I'm having to get a warranty claim on it.

That was the first thing I checked, but there's plenty of clearance between all of the fans and the cables.

I think I'm just gonna buy a new, good quality PSU and wait for the warranty for the AIO to come through.
