I would like to know if G.Skill RipJaws 8GB (12800CL9D) http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-12800cl9d-8gbxl or Kingston Hyper X 8GB http://www.hyperxgaming.com/us/memory/fury will be compatible with MSI B75MA-E33 https://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/B75MA-E33.html#hero-overview because i'm unable to find a solid answer about the compatibility. Thanks in advance.

Yes that board supports max of16gb of ddr3 up to 2400mhz. That ram should be fine.

It takes any RAM with these specs: 1066/1333/1600/1800*/2000*/2200*/2400* MHz. either of those ram kits would work
