We have 5 new Dell's laptops with Windows 7 Pro at my work. I got on one of the wireless networks, but now I want to forget that network and use the wired network that we use. The laptops keep reconnecting to the same wireless network over and over and over again although I don't wan't that. I tried going to the "Manage Wireless Network" (under Network and Sharing Center) and doing the right click on the network in question and clicking "Remove Network", but that does not fix it. I also tried right-clicking on the task bar and clicking on the "Disconnect" for the desired network, but yet again problem is not solved. A few second later the laptop is once again on the same network even though the network cable has been plugged in. I just want to use the wired network that we use at the school, but not the wireless. Is there some other trick that I am not familiar with?

Solution
you have to FORGET THE NETWORK, for it to stop connecting to it. In windows, network and sharing, under manage wireless networks. Right click on what you don't want and delete it. That will stop it from connecting to it.
