Hi looking to build a good gaming pc for around $1000-$1300. Want to be able to play in ultra settings. don't need mouse or keyboard or monitor. would like to run around 60 fps on most games wanting to run dual screens

The build I gave you has the option to be overclocked. As far as the SSD goes, I promise you, after you have one, you will never go back to running your OS from a standard HDD. It's the best upgrade you can make to any PC.
