Best Graphics Card for Gaming between $300-$400?

Right now I am looking for the best graphics card for gaming that's around $300-$400. I want a graphics card that can play almost any game at high or ultra settings. I just have no idea which to pick because there are so many choices!

Current GPU: EVGA GTX 750TI FTW
Current PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX500M 500W

If anyone could help me with this decision, that would be greatly appreciated!

You'll need a good 600 watt plus PSU and make sure your case has enough clearance.

Any graphics card in the $300 - 400 price range is going to really be pushing that GPU. It's not very high wattage and it's not very high quality. You could maybe fit in a GTX 970 but it'd be much better to just purchase a higher quality power supply. You could purchase a high quality power supply and a used R9 290x and still fit that within your $300-400 price range.

Like thor220 said, the PSU is weak. To get a better card and not risk killing it, you should upgrade the PSU as well. What CPU do you have?

An R9 390 is about all the graphics card you're gonna be able to support with that. It may even be slightly bottlenecked.

I think your going to be limited by your processor at this point. If you can overclock it, you might be able to use a 390X or GTX 980 without losing a lot of FPS.

Slight bottleneck, maybe lose a few FPS, but still a worthy upgrade. A lot of people on here running the same combination. You won't have a problem running anything with high settings.
