Better Replacement for XFX ATI RADEON HD 4650 1GB GDDR2 ??

Hey,the above mentioned is my graphics Card.But now its dead.So i want a better replacement for the card with PCI Express x16 2.0 Bus Std.
Price Range : below 44$ or below 3000 Indian Rs.
Desktop Specs:
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93Ghz.
RAM - 3GB DDR2.
Motherbord - Mercury PI945Z with PCI-E x16 2.0 Slot.

The cheapest card worth buying is this Galaxy Gt730 1gb gddr5 for 4575rs($67) which is a little above your budget but much more powerful than your old hd4650. Anything cheaper than that is a waste of money.

Um... $44? That could hardly land you a Radeon HD 5770. Save up a bit more?

what about these two? I hope this will perform somewhat similer to HD 4650 .
And sugest me which one is better Asus or Zotac .
